Stew veal with mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
(4/5 persons)
Veal stew (meat very tender veal suited to long cooking)
1 onion, white or golden
350 grams mushrooms, fresh or frozen (ideally are the mushrooms)
50 g dried porcini
Nipitella or Thymo cool (to taste)
Peppercorns (4 / 5)
Sale
Butter
Extra virgin
Flour or cornstarch or rice flour
vegetable stock or hot water
Garlic


DIRECTIONS
Put the dried mushrooms in warm water (for tempering)
Cut the meat cubes about 3 / 4 cm
Finely chop the onion
Flour meat
Add the meat, onion, add oil, butter, salt and pepper
Cook until the dog will not be well browned
Add the sliced fresh mushrooms (not too small otherwise tend to withdraw too)
Continue cooking for about 1 hour gradually adding the broth
Add the dried mushrooms and their water filtered
Adjust salt, pepper (not much because the meat is delicate)
At the end add the thyme or nipitella
