Risotto al Chianti

INGREDIENTS
(4/5 persons)
Carnaroli rice (6 / 8 tablespoons per person)
1 small onion, white or golden
Chianti Wine
Salt
Butter
Extra virgin
Vegetable broth(see recipe)
Grated Parmigiano


DIRECTIONS

I use a very personal way to prepare the base for risotto, or, with the mixer to reduce the onion in the oil and a bit 'of salt to a paste
Use a nonstick pan for cooking.

Can warm the wine and add to rice

Serve immediately
