EQUIPMENT Wrap garlic in foil

INGREDIENTS
1 whole garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Bake in oven at medium / low temperature for about 40/45 minutes (you should check) or until the garlic has not become very soft
Open the bag and allow to cool
Literally squeeze each clove of garlic
Will emerge cream
Put in a container and cover oil (extra virgin olive oil)
It keeps in the refrigerator.
This sauce is very good and also has the (miraculous!) Advantage of not leaving the strong taste of garlic!

A small curiosity:
advanced if you can use to make the filling of small souflé:
Take the muffin molds (tiny realities) and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Fill with mixture and cook the same way as mushrooms.
These little cakes are delicious with cheese, meat, psalms and ham. A delicious alternative to bread
