Plums and chocolate pralines A TAVOLA

INGREDIENTS

150 g / / 0.33 librre of California pitted black plums (dried)
150 g / / 0.33 pounds of dark chocolate
1 / 2 cup brandy
3 tablespoons cream (cream)

DIRECTIONS
Soak the prunes in a bowl with the brandy.
Drain, squeeze and chop with the help of a robot.
Put 150 grams 0.33 pounds of chopped chocolate in a saucepan with the cream and melt in double boiler.
Combine the chopped prunes in the melted chocolate and mix.
Remove from heat and let cool.
