"Dome of Parmigiano" with black rice (Venus) with mushrooms and herbs

EQUIPMENT Cutting board, Knife, Pans, No-stick pan, 2 bowls (15 cm diametro), Colander
CATEGORY Vegetarian, Rice


INGREDIENTS
(4/5 persons)
Grated Parmigiano (5 Tablespoon each person)
3/4 Small tomatoes (Cherry tomatoes)
Different kind of mushrooms (150 gr)
Fresh Dill, Chives
Black rice (Riso Venere) (5 Tablespoon for person)
Salt, Pepper
Oil

DIRECTIONS
Heat the pan anti-adherent
Sprinkle the pan with 5 tablespoons of cheese
Cook for about two thirds minute (or until the edges of the "omlette" will not be crispy)
Cook the other side for a minute
Very quickly, remove the parmesan from the pan.
Cover a bowl with the parmesan omelette
With the second cup crushed parmesan to obtain a sufficiently precise.
Allow to cool.

Cook the rice in boiling water for 7/8 minutes.

At this point, add the boiled rice and mix very well.
Stuff the Parimigiano cup with rice
