Fresh Arugola with Pear Sauce (Mostrada) and Arugola Pesto on top of a fresh Pear!

INGREDIENTS
(4/5 persons)
Arugola (2 handfuls per person. Some will be used to make pesto)
Pine nuts (1 / 2 spoon Each person)
Nuts (1 per person)
3 cloves garlic
Extra Virgin
Salt and pepper
1 / 2 pear per person
1 lemon
Pear mustard
DIRECTIONS
Combine half the arugula with pine nuts, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper.
Blend with hand mixer adding the oil.
Peel the pears, remove core and cut into strips or as you prefer
Cover pears with cold water and lemon

Presentation
Place the pot add the role of fresh pears mostrada (a spoon)
Arrange pears (drained) and add a spoonful of pesto rocket.
Add a little salt, pepper and oil
Serve immediately
