Lamb chops with grape must with red pepper, spinach and onions

INGREDIENTS
Lamb chops (2 or 3 per person)
Sweet white onions, complete with green stem (1 per person)
1 tablespoon grape monster (per person)
1 tablespoon butter (per person)
1 small glass of red wine (per person)
Berries of red pepper (half a teaspoon per person)
Rice flour or cornflour
Spinach (to taste)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to cook the spinach (per person)
Half cup of broth or hot water

Currants or pomegranate (for decoration)
DIRECTIONS
Cut the onions in the vertical and steam for a few minutes after fry with a little 'oil and salt.

Mix the grape juice and wine.
