ITALIAN RICE BLACK with prawns

INGREDIENTS
200 g black rice Italian (Giglio Bianco USA)
1-2 zucchini
12 prawns or shrimp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (recommend Extravergine Oil GIGLIO BIANCO USA "Tradizione Pruneti")
Salt thyme (thyme salt. GIGLIO BIANCO USA Collection aromatic salts)
Pepper
Dill (fresh or dried)
DIRECTIONS
RICE PREPARATION:
Boil the rice for 45 minutes
For shrimp salad
Place 6 of the 12 prawns in a bowl add salt, thyme, dill and olive oil (recommended)
For the sauce
Cut the zucchini into cubes or strips
Cook over high heat for 5 / 6 minutes 3 tablespoons olive oil (must be crispy)
Add the prawns (only 6 left and clean) the dill and cook over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Mix rice with shrimp sauce and zucchini.
Serve and add the shrimp salad
