INGREDIENTS
100 g of black rice (black rice Italian Giglio Bianco USA)
1 onion or shallot
For the sauce
1 clove garlic 1 small onion
3 zucchini with flower
2-3 carrots
parsley
Salt and basil (Sale No. 4. Giglio Bianco Collection Salt aromatic USA)
Vegetable broth
DIRECTIONS
RICE PREPARATION:
Pour 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (we suggest) in a pan, preferably nonstick, add an onion or a shallot and squash, cut into small cubes.
When the vegetables are stewed, add the rice and vegetable stock, about ½ liter
Bring to the boil slowly and continue cooking without stirring.
If necessary add the hot stock and start to stir gently for about 45 '/ 50' and adjust salt.
In another saucepan combine carrots zucchini cut into cubes, add salt and basil (SALT # 4 Giglio Bianco USA).
After cooking aggiunegere also zucchini flowers.
Take a mold for donuts (if you want a small portion, great if you want to serve on the center table)
Grease the mold literally.
Fill with rice (which meanwhile has cooled)
Pack the rice well.
Turn the mold and be careful with rice (to be kept very compact)
Fill the center hole of the donut rice with vegetables.
