INGREDIENTS (4/5 persons)
1 chicken breast
1 / 2 cup flour
50 g butter
1 onion
1 cup grated Parmigiano
1 cup green beans
4 / 5 slices of ham (also smoked)
1 package puff pastry
200 gr fresh ricotta or Cream cheese
3 eggs
Poppy seeds
DIRECTIONS
Cut chicken breast into cubes about 2 cm
Add flour to chicken
Cut the onion into slices thin enough
In a saucepan, add butter, onion and chicken
Begin to cook over medium heat
When the chicken is golden (do not burn the onions)
Add water or broth and cook for about 15 minutes
Meanwhile, steam the green beans (or microwave 15 minutes at maximum temperature)
When cooked add the green beans with chicken.
Then add the grated Parmigiano, 2 eggs and ricotta
Cover the baking pan with nonstick card.
Roll out the pastry into the baking dish.
Place a layer of ham
Add the mixture of chicken
Cover with the other slices of ham
Close pastry
Brush the surface of the pastry with an egg (the yolk) and sprinkle with poppy seeds
Bake for 20-25 minutes in oven
When cooked, wait at least 2 / 3 hours before cutting the pie (if the cut is still hot, it will break)
Serve with balsamic vinegar and honey
