(1) Mousse al Buffalo Mozzarella with New Oil and Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
(4/5 persons)
buffalo mozzarella 1 bite per person
250 ml fresh cream
salt and pepper
Tomatoes (Datterino, or cherry tomatoes) 4 per person
Fresh chives
Extra virgin
DIRECTIONS
Cut the mozzarella coarsely, add the cream and whip with the mixer (Multiquick / blender)
Blend until you have got a very soft mousse.
Add salt and pepper

Cut the tomatoes into 2 or more pieces to add salt, chives and extra virgin olive oil

Serve the mousse in small cups mozzarella cheese and cover the tomatoes
