INGREDIENTS for 5 persons
Ripe tomatoes (as many as you want)
Garlic will
Breadcrumbs (also integral is very good)

Pepper
Oglio virgin olive
Abundant basil
DIRECTIONS
Stuffed Tomatoes
Take ripe tomatoes (such as Roma or San Marzano)
Cut in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds and pulp (keep aside)
Season with salt and invert
For the filling
Combine minced garlic, basil, bread crumbs, extra virgin olive oil (rich) salt and pepper
Fill tomatoes
Arrange tomatoes on baking tray (covered with non-stick baking paper)
Add oil and cook over medium-high temperature for about 30 minutes (or until the tomatoes are well wilted)
Serve at room temperature
They are very good the next day
