Cooked Pear with Ricotta Ice-cream and Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS
(4/5 persons)
1 pear every 2 persons
Cinnamon
Sugar (1 spoon each pear)
Sweet Vine
Cloves (4/5)

For the ricotta cream:
Fresh Ricotta or Cream Cheese (2 spoons each pear)
2 Eggs (yolk)
2 Spoons of Sugar
Cinnamon
Dry raisins (if you like)

DIRECTIONS
Peel the pears
Discard the core
Place pears on baking sheet (if the pan is not nonstick, add a sheet of paper does not stick)
Cospragere pears with sugar, cinnamon and cloves
Bake in oven at a temperature of about 180 °
When the pears are golden brown add the wine sweet
Continue cooking until the wine is evaporated
Remove pears from oven
Preparation of the cream:
With a hand mixer, process the yolks of eggs with spoons of sugar
When it became foamy add the cheese and continue to work
Finally, add the cinnamon and raisins
Put the cream in the fridge and work every 10 minutes to keep it soft
Serve the cream on pears
