PASTA with "RIBOLLITA"

INGREDIENTS Serves 4 people
(0.35 lbs) Black Cabbage
(0.35 lbs) cannellini beans (boiled)
1 leek or 1 onion
1 / 2 cloves garlic
1 zucchini
3 / 4 cherry tomatoes (per person)
Extra virgin olive oil
Chilli
salt
1 cup vegetable broth
DIRECTIONS
Steam the cabbage: Cut into small pieces
Cut the leek or onion (sliced)
Cut the zucchini (about 0.39 cubic inches)
Cut the tomatoes in half
Cook all ingredients (add the garlic) in oil (medium fire)
Add salt and pepper.
If too dry add a little 'vegetable broth
Cook pasta and add to vegetables.
Add oil and raw if you like, a bit of Parigiano or Pecorino
