Tiramisu with strawberries and alchermes

DIFFICULTY: Easy
TIME PREPARATION: 15 min
TIME COOK:
EQUIPMENT: 2 bowls, electric whisk, a spoon, a cup, Mixer, glass mixer
CATEGORY: DESSERT

INGREDIENTS
x 4 person
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
8 biscuits (Savoy biscuits, or not very sweet)
Half a glass of Alchermes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alchermes)
1 cup strawberries
a pinch of salt
250 grams (0.55 pounds) of Mascarpone (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mascarpone) or fresh white cheese
DIRECTIONS
Separate the yolks from the album
Put them in two different bowls
Add a pinch of salt to egg whites with electric mixer to provide a "whip." Continue until the egg whites have not attained a very compact texture (theoretically you should be able to invert the bowl without falling into the egg whites)
In another bowl add the egg yolks and sugar. Working with electric mixer until creamy compact.
Add the mascarpone and continue to work with the electric mixer for a few minutes.
Add the egg and mix very gently with a spoon from the bottom-up.
You will get a frothy cream and compact
Blend with the mixer strawberries washed
Alternate layers of strawberries and cream and the biscuit moistened with Alchermes
Refrigerate for a couple of hours
