Variations of Carrots Cream...with Caramelized onion

EQUIPMENT STIK IMMERSION MIXER, CUTTING BOARD, KNIFE, 2 PAN, PEELER, BOWL FOR MICROWAVES
CATEGORY Vegetarian, Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 carrot for person (big carrot 1 for 2)
Butter and Extravergin oil
Pepper
Milk or broth or water
Sweet Onion (1 for person)
1 glas of sweet Vine (I had used the Passito di Pantelleria or Zibibbo)
Sugar (1 tablespoon)
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 cloves
Parmigiano
DIRECTIONS
Cut the carrots into slice
To steam (microwaves for 20 minutes)
Add the carrots, butter and extravergin oil
Cooks for 10 minutes (attention no fry! Add the water if you see the compost start to fry)
Mix with stik mixer
Add the milk or broth or water till you have a fluid consistence
Serve with Parigiano
For the caramelized onions:
Cut in two parts the onion (lengthwise)
Cook with little bit of Oil and pinch of salt
When the onion is well done add the wine and cloves
To evaporate the wine and add the sugar and cinnamon
Served in top of the soup
Soup accompained with Home made bread with bacon
