Zucchini Soup with Cappers

INGREDIENTS (4/5 persons)
Grated Parmigiano (2 Tablespoon each person)
1 zucchina each person
1 cup of fresh milk
2 tablespoons of Oil
Cappers with salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cut the zucchinas in slice thiny
Steam in microwave for 8/9 minutes
Cook the zucchina with cappers and oil for 5 minutes (medium/higt)
With the hand mixer reduce in sauce, add the milk
Heat for a few minutes
Served with Parmigiano
