Ingredients
Pecorino Romano Grated (1 Tablespoon each person)
Grated bread (1 Tablespoon each person)
3 Cherry tomatoes each person
2 small sweet onion each person
2 tablespoons of Oil
10 Asparagus each person
Pepper
Salt
DIRECTIONS
Cut the Asparagus in very thiny slice (the stem end). Leave the tips whole
Steam in microwave for 7 minutes
Cut the onion with cappers and oil for 5 minutes (medium/higt)
With the hand mixer reduce in sauce, add the milk
Heat for a few minutes
Served with Parmigiano
