EQUIPMENT Cutting board, Knife, Pans (non-stik)
CATEGORY Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS (4/5 persons)
100 gr Chicken breast each person
1 or 2 Eggplant (depend of your savor and eggplant dimension)
4/5 Cherry Tomatoes each person
4 Asparagus each person
Rucola 1 handful each person
Fresh Basil and or aromatics herbs (like Dill, Cives, Persil)
Garlic (if you like)
extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar (if you like)
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Cut the Eggplant (Be careful not to break the slices)
Grill both sides very well and add salt
Asparagus Steam in microwave for 6 minutes
Grill the chicken breast
Cut the tomatoes (if you like grilled)
Cut the chicken in slice and add all ingredients (the vegetable, the oil and herbs, salt and pepper)
