Leek or onion soup with Parmigiano, cinnamon

INGREDIENTS for 5 persons

3 large onions or leeks 5
1 large potato
Vegetable stock or hot water
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
Cinnamon pieces and powder
Salt, Pepper
Grated Parmigiano


DIRECTIONS
Cut the onions or leeks very finely and potato
Add oil and butter and cook over very low heat and cover until the onions or leeks will become "transparent" (in any case never to fry).
