INGREDIENTS for 4
• 2 bunch of basil
• 2 o 3 Sweet onion
• ½ Kg of Tuscany bread (possibly no fresh bread) (1 libbers)
• 250 gr of fresh tomatoes (1/2 libbers)
• 1 cucumbers
• Cappers
• Vinegar (white)
• Extraverign Oil
• Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Submerge the bread in the fresh water and vinegar and leave for 20 min
Cut the tomatoes into 1-inch cubes
Cut very slice the onion
Cut the cucumbers into ½ -inch cubes
In a large bowl, whisk extravergin oil, salt, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, onion, basil and cappers leave for 20 minutes.
Squeeze the bread and add to the other ingredients
Cover the salad and let stand at room temperature for flavors to blend, at least 1 hour.
SUGGESTION
